EUREBA® C-10 is used as a sugar replacement solution developed for soft confections. It provides the sweetness, texture and mouthfeel to jelly applications. Another suitable application is merengue (Italian or other types). As EUREBA® C-10 is a versatile product and can perform well in a broad application range.
Ingredients: Polydextrose (E1200), Isomalto-oligosaccharides, Erythritol (E968), Steviol glycosides (E960)
Appearance: Off white powder
Recommended dosage: 1 part blend* replaces 1 part sugar
Food Application: Only confectionery with no added sugar
