Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with 1-2-Taste. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of goods and services, we’re here to help. In case of a quality issue or shipment error, products can be returned within 3 days of the receipt of the product.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:
  • The product was received not more than 3 days ago.
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • Please ensure upon taking product sampling no contamination occurs.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable. Please contact us for a return shipment label.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please make sure to take pictures of goods received in damaged condition.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.


Orders with payment confirmed or shipped ex supplier can no longer be canceled.
