Through our web shop, privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed. 1-2-Taste considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance.

Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

 

In our processing, we comply with the requirements of the privacy legislation. This means that

Your account

Certain parts of our online shop require you to register first. You must provide information about yourself and choose a username there. With this, we create an account, to which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice. For this purpose, we use your contact details, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address, payment details, and IP-address. We need these because of the contract we execute with you. We will retain this information until you close your account.

 

We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it out over and over again and so that we are able to contact you within the framework of the execution of the agreement. You can change your account information whenever you want.

Fulfilling orders

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process your order in an orderly way. We may then send your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this purpose, we use your name, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address, payment details, and IP address. These we need because of the contract we are executing with you. We keep this information up to one year after your order has been completed. We retain certain customer data for longer in connection with the legal and fiscal custody obligation.

 

Payment of orders

The personal and/or company data that you provide to 1-2-Taste in the context of an order that is settled through post-payment, will be used by us – or by third parties to whom the claims are transferred – for, among other things:
a) risk analyses and creditworthiness checks in order to prevent excessive borrowing;
b) accurate communication, administration, customer relationship management, invoicing and collection of claims arising from the post-payment service;
c) preventing, detecting and combating fraud or irregularities;
d) contacting you for (direct) marketing purposes, provided that this is done within the limits of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Pay By Invoice

The Pay By Invoice payment option includes an automated credit check by Sprinque B.V. to evaluate your eligibility for the Pay By Invoice payment option in accordance with the Sprinque privacy statement, which can be found here: https://www.sprinque.com/privacy-policy.
As provided in your agreement with 1-2-Taste BV, Sprinque assigns its receivable for payment of the associated invoice amount and if applicable fee (together with ancillary rights) to Sprinque Finance B.V. In doing this, Sprinque also shares your personal data with Sprinque Finance B.V. By choosing the Pay By Invoice payment option, you guarantee that all relevant data subjects (such as the ultimate beneficial owners and representatives of the applicant) will be informed of the credit check, the Sprinque privacy statement and the Sprinque Finance B.V. privacy statement.

 

Contact form and Newsletter

With the contact form, you can ask us questions or make inquiries. For this, we use your contact details, telephone number, and e-mail address. We do this on the basis of a legitimate interest.  We will retain this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months after that. In this way, we can easily obtain the information for follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to become even better.

 

We offer a newsletter with which we would like to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe via your account. 

 

Your e-mail address will automatically be added to the list of subscribers. These details

are kept until you cancel the subscription.

Statistics and profiling

We keep statistics about the use of our online shop. With these statistics, we improve our webshop, e.g. in order to show only relevant information. For this we use your ip-address. We have a legitimate interest in this. We keep

this information for one year.

If necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your consent will be requested at that time.

We keep statistics about the use of our online shop. In our online shop social media buttons are included. With these buttons, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Our online shop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we store information so that you don’t have to fill out certain input fields every time. But we can also use cookies to see that you visit us again.

 

When you visit our online shop for the first time, we will display a message explaining cookies. We will ask for your consent for the use of these cookies.

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our online shop. We have put up a data processing agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements on what Google is allowed to track and store. We allow Google to keep track of the Analytics information to be used for other Google services. We do not let Google anonymise the IP addresses.

 

Security

Security of personal data is very important to us. In order to protect your privacy, we are taking the following measures:

  • Access to personal data is blocked with a user name and password
  • We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) which shields all information between you and our website when you enters personal data
  • We keep internal logs of all retrievals of personal data
