Plant-Ex Lemon Powder is a natural extract that gives your food end products a sharp lemon juice taste. For application in end products mainly in Bakery, but also in Confectionery end products and Seasonings. It is made of high strength lemon juice, approx 18% in natural citric acid level.
Plant-Ex Lemon Powder is made of lemon juice dissolved into Maltodextrin matrix and spray dried to create a fine powdered
sharp flavouring.
