ABOUT SJAAK
After 30 years working in various international roles like product development, product manager, sales manager and business development manager Sjaak started to work as independent consultant for the food industry.
As an independent consultant, he can help you with writing and setting up projects with the WBSO subsidies from the RVO. When you are looking for improving your product with the help of ingredients, he can offer his support in selecting the right ingredients and if needed advice on the supplier of ingredients. Due to a lot of trainings on for example proteins, phosphates and his work for (protein) ingredient companies and international distributors he has a good understanding on ingredients in general but also more specific about functional ingredients for all kinds of applications.
