It has a characteristic rich aroma and flavour therefore, Vanilla Extract can be used as Natural food flavouring in many food applications like cookies, pastries, ice cream, cakes, milk shakes, desserts, chocolates, fillings, puddings, soups, sauces, savouries, vegetables mix, sweets etc.
