After thickening, crystallisation and heating, the product is dried and ground to obtain a homogeneous powder. Lactose can be used in many products, such as: bakery products, snacks and meat products, salad dressings and seasonings, but also in chocolate and confectionery, ice cream and other desserts, or in soups and sauces.
