AllSWEET Allulose Syrup as a low calorie natural sweetener (0,4 kcal/g) yet imparts the sweetness everyone is looking for. It is recognised by the body as a simple sugar; however, it is not metabolised and has no impact on blood glucose levels and elicits no glycemic response which makes it diabetic friendly as well. Based on some weight management studies, it may help normalise metabolic status when paired with an overall healthy diet.
The main application areas for AllSWEET Allulose Syrup are sugar reduction challenges and weight management in all food products including ice-cream production. While labelling, just simply list it as “allulose”.
