Description
DO IT organic corn starch pre-gelatinised product is produced from organic corn starch by thermal treatment followed by drying and milling. It is easily dispersed in cold water and forms a opaque pastes with a high viscosity. It doesn’t form any lumps and recommended to use as pre-mix with other dry components for product formulation. It is applicable for vegan and vegetarian products and also widely used in many food applications like Instant pudding creams, instant dough mixes, baby foods, pan cakes, soups, sauces, snacks, condiments, instant noodles and dressings etc.
This product is Organic, Kosher, Halal certified and free from GMO, additives or not treated by any irradiation.
