Superb quality cuts of Vanilla Beans with high vanillin content, sustainably grown and preserved against mold by a unique steam treatment ensuring the quality and product integrity. The vanillin content is between 1,2-1,7% and the moisture content is between 20-25% and these cuts are highly suitable for extraction purposes or industrial use.
These vanilla beans are used to flavour ice cream, baked goods and other bakery products, chocolate and other sweets.
