Blonk teff is grown in Spain and is 100% traceable from farm to table. The teff grain is milled on different types of mills into a fine flour that can be used in bakery products but as well for coatings, batters and as binding agent. Our standard flour is an all-round flour suitable for most applications but the particle size and the micro biologic values can be adjusted to customer’s necessities.
