    Blonk teff is grown in Spain and is 100% traceable from farm to table. Like all other cereals, due to the higher bacteriological values, the teff needs heat treatment before consumption. So, the teff grain is heated and milled into a very fine flour that can be used in instant ready-to-use shakes, drinks and puddings. The smell and flavour are pleasant but still typically teff.
