Blonk Quality Ingredients – Teff Flour White

Description

Blonk teff is grown in Spain and is 100% traceable from farm to table. The teff grain is milled on different types of mills into flour that can be used in bakery products but as well for coatings, batters and as binding agent. Our standard flour is an all-round flour suitable for most applications but the particle size and the micro biologic values can be adjusted to customer’s necessities.
