Timmer’s Food Creation has a wide range of HVP’s flavours and Timmers Tasture 602 is among them which is made from wheat. It has many advantages like an alternative to MSG, effective salt replacer, and flavour binder. It has characteristic meaty and umami flavour, widely used in many food applications like instant food products, soup premixes, extruded snacks, noodles, wafers, seasonings, sauces, cold food, taste makers and snack seasonings among others.
Timmers Tasture 602 Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein is suitable for Halal, Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarian and vegan products.
Appearance: Beige yellow colour, Powder in form
Taste profile: Characteristic Savoury taste.
