Manufactured in accordance with Regulations (EC) 1333/2008 and 1334/2008, this product combines natural flavouring substances with citric acid (E330) to provide both flavour impact and acidity. The flavour is hydrosoluble (water-soluble), allowing easy integration into beverages, desserts, confectionery, and other aqueous food systems.
The formulation includes glycerol and propylene glycol (18%) as carriers, citric acid (3%) for acidity adjustment, potassium sorbate (E202) as preservative, and natural flavouring preparations. Recommended usage levels are approximately 0.1% to 1.5%, depending on the desired flavour intensity and application.
Amarena Cherry Flavour & E330 CERI-CEA5 has a specific gravity of 1.220 ± 0.02 and a flash point above 70°C. It offers a 14-month shelf life when stored at room temperature (around 18°C) in its original tightly closed container, protected from light and air.
The product is non-GMO, not ionised, and contains no major declarable allergens under Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, making it suitable for a broad range of formulations.
