The protein percentage in dry matter is at least 90%. Whey Protein Isolate allows you to prepare your own sports and dietary foods. This product can also be used in bakery products, chocolate and confectionery, ice cream and other desserts, or in soups and sauces. The powder dissolves easily and it does not contain any colourings, flavours, sweeteners or thickening agents.
