Raspberry Flavour FRAM-FR265 is a natural flavouring solution developed to provide the typical aroma and taste of fresh raspberry in professional food and beverage formulations. Presented as a red liquid with a characteristic raspberry profile, it ensures consistent flavour performance across industrial applications. Manufactured in accordance with Regulations (EC) 1333/2008 and 1334/2008, this product is classified as a natural flavour for food use (not for retail sale). The flavour is hydrosoluble (water-soluble), enabling easy incorporation into beverages, dairy systems, desserts, confectionery, and other aqueous applications. The formulation includes glycerol, propylene glycol (19% w/w), water, citric acid (E330), and potassium sorbate (E202) as preservative (300 mg/kg), alongside flavouring preparations and natural flavouring substances
Recommended usage levels range from approximately 0.3% to 1.5%, depending on the desired intensity.

The product offers a 14-month shelf life when stored at room temperature (approximately 18°C) in its original tightly closed container, protected from light and air. Shaking before use is recommended.
Raspberry Flavour FRAM-FR265 is non-GMO, not ionised, and contains no major declarable allergens under Regulation (EU) 1169/2011. According to the SDS, it contains furaneol and may produce an allergic reaction in sensitive individuals (EUH208)
