The high temperature amplitude and climate regulation of the mountains has created a very characteristic, pleasant and refreshing lemongrass fragrance.
Freshly harvested lemongrass will be inspected, washed, sliced, dehydrated, milled to size, metal detected, and packed to stock.
The production is in accordance with current HACCP and ORGANIC principles.
