Our approach focuses on sustainable and healthy food products. Leveraging circular and healthy ingredients and more sustainable technologies. Through consumer research and practical insights, we guide food businesses in adapting to market needs with region-specific solutions. By empowering food businesses with knowledge and tools, we drive the transformation toward a more sustainable and consumer-focused food system.

The project offers a 1-year programme for food producers and ingredient suppliers. Including masterclasses on impact assessments, understanding the market, product positioning, reformulation and technologies. Through this way, they will redesign their food products and drive a more sustainable, healthy, resilient and trusted food system. Redesigned products will be launched in target markets the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
