Plant-Ex Carmine Extract Food Colour – NC1204 is a dark red magenta food colour. It adds great colouring to meat products. It is widely used in meat processing or production of meat alternatives.
Plant-Ex Carmine Extract Food Colour is produced by dispersion of Aqueous solution of Carmine in alkaline solution and standardised by using vegetable glycerine.
