Haskap berry is a new fruit, origin Europe, one of the top containing anthocyanins – red pigment giving rich red colour and known for antioxidant effect. It has unique complex of flavours: black mulberry, black currant, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry. Nutracevit Organic haskap berry pasteurised cold pressed NFC juice is sweet & sour, ideal straight or for beverage mixes as 15% gives wonderful red colour & taste.
Applications:
beverage mixes ( with apple juice, kombucha, fruit beer, fruit lemonade) or as natural colourant giving red to purple color.
