A natural extract with a fresh, floral, camphoraceous and citrus like galanga profile.
Natural galanga extract O20222 has a wide range of applications including alcoholic beverage(such as Seltzers), regular beverage, confectionery, marmalade, ice cream, cordial, pastry, dairy and other functional foods.
Recommended dosage:
– 0,5-1,0 g/l beverage
– 1-2 g/l dairy products
Remark: For all our flavouring we can create/develop flavours and natural flavours. It is possible to develop natural extracts/flavouring preparations too. Our flavours can be used in different applications. Dosages can be different in every application, advise dosages are mentioned in the above.
Under services, we offer different developments. Spray drying trials are possible as well.
Halal and Kosher compliant or certified can be done if requested.
