Sugar Paste is mainly used for covering cakes, cutting out different attractive shapes to decorate cakes and pastries. Creating shapes using rolled fondant is very easy now a days for bakers. It is more popular substitute these days for bakeries. Major application of fondant is decorating wedding cakes, birthday cakes and many more. It is made from sugar, water and glucose syrup. It should be stored in a refrigerator without humidity (ex. truffle cooler). Humidity of any kind must be avoided.
