NITTA GELATIN – 200 bloom

Nitta Gelatin 200 bloom with natural versatility, Gelatin have unique characteristics that make them especially useful as a gelling agent, binder, emulsifier, or thickener. The melt-in-your mouth characteristics and the ability to form thermo-reversible gels are two of the most desirable properties. Nitta Gelatin 200 bloom  is what makes it possible for the creation of desserts, frozen sweets, soft candies, marshmallows, etc. It gives these products a uniquely soft & smooth texture. Furthermore, because Gelatin is a natural product, it is widely used as a clarifying agent for beverages.

NITTA GELATIN – 120 bloom

Nitta Gelatin 120 bloom Light amber to faintly yellow translucent flakes, sheets, powder or granules; odor, slight. Stable in air but is subject to I microbial decomposition when moist or in solution. Nitta Gelatin 120 Bloom Solution A (1%) should not be more opalescent than the opalescence standard 054 and not more intensely coloured than reference solution YS4.
