Arboreal PURE Stevia Extract Reb-A 95% contains 95% Rebaudioside A content and the rest of the composition is made up of other glycosides which are naturally occurring in the leaf, to keep the total steviol glycoside content at 95%. This is the industry-approved limit. The other 5% composition consists of other plant components present in the leaf. The major difference between different grades (RA 50, RA60, RA 80, RA 97, and RA 99) is the concentration in which Rebaudioside A is present. The use of different grades depends on the product application.
