Vanille BV – Vanilla Extract 2-Fold is extracted from the pods and seeds by cold extraction method.
No alcohol is used in the cold extraction process and well suited for vegan and vegetarians. It has a characteristic rich aroma and flavour.
Made with 2x the amount of beans used for the same volume of single-fold extract. This results in a more concentrated vanilla extract that only requires you to use less amount normally used in recipes. High quality bourbon vanilla beans are imported directly from Madagascar.
Ingredients: Water, glycerol, sugar, vanilla bean extract.
