Presented as an orange liquid with a characteristic passion fruit aroma and taste, this flavour is designed for consistent performance across industrial applications.
Produced in compliance with Regulation (EC) 1334/2008 and EU Organic Regulation 2018/848, and certified by FR-BIO-01, this product supports organic product development while meeting regulatory requirements. The flavour is hydrosoluble (water-soluble), allowing easy incorporation into beverages, syrups, desserts, dairy alternatives, and other aqueous systems.
Formulated using glycerol and ethyl alcohol as carriers alongside natural flavouring preparations and substances, Organic Passion Fruit Flavour FRUI-FP0412 offers reliable dispersion with a recommended dosage range of approximately 0.1% to 1.5%, depending on desired flavour intensity.
The product has a specific gravity of 1.110 ± 0.02, an alcohol content of approximately 25%, and a flash point of 30°C. It offers a 14-month shelf life when stored at room temperature (around 18°C) in its original tightly closed container, protected from light and air. Shaking before use is recommended to ensure uniform flavour distribution.
This flavour is non-GMO, not ionised, and contains no major declarable allergens under Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, making it suitable for a wide range of clean-label and organic formulations.
