This flavour is hydrosoluble (water-soluble), enabling easy incorporation into aqueous systems and ensuring consistent dispersion across formulations. With a recommended dosage of approximately 0.1% to 1.0%, it offers flexibility in flavour intensity depending on application requirements.
Formulated in accordance with Regulations (EC) 1333-1334/2008 for natural flavourings, the composition includes water, acacia gum, propylene glycol (12%), organic acids (citric and malic acids), xanthan gum as thickener, and potassium sorbate as preservative, alongside natural flavouring preparations and substances
The product has a specific gravity of 1.110 ± 0.02, a flash point above 70°C, and a pH of approximately 3.5 (range 2.5–4.5) . It is soluble in water and suitable for applications where stability, clarity in solution, and flavour consistency are important.
Chocolate-Hazelnut Flavour NOIS-NOC3 contains hazelnut (allergen declaration required as per EU 1169/2011). It is non-GMO and not treated by ionisation.
