Vanille BV Paste is made from high quality organic bourbon vanilla bean, directly imported from Madagascar. Organic Vanilla Paste is extracted from the seed and pods of vanilla beans by a warm extraction process where solvent (alcohol) is used in order to extract more vanillin content. Thick paste consistency adds extra delicious taste to bakery products without thinning of vanilla aroma. It is used as a natural flavouring substance in different products like cakes, pastries, pies, ice cream, custard fillings, desserts, milk shakes, chocolate, syrups, sweets, savouries etc. It is also suitable for vegan and vegetarians.

Ingredients: Water, alcohol (9%), sugar, vanilla bean extract, xanthan gum.
