Description

High quality bourbon vanilla beans are imported directly from Madagascar. Vanilla extract is extracted from the pods and seeds of beans by cold extraction process. Solvent (Alcohol)  is used in the cold extraction process, to get more vanillin content. The final outcome has a characteristic rich aroma and flavour, can be used as natural flavouring substance in various food applications like cookies, pastries, ice cream, cakes, milk shakes, desserts, chocolates, fillings, puddings, soups, sauces, savories, vegetables mix, and in sweets etc.

It can be suitable for vegan and vegetarians.

Ingredients: Water, alcohol (35%), sugar, vanilla bean extract

The product is free from GMO, allergens, and additives.  

Labelling/traceability of the product is according to EC directives 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 does not apply.
