Vanille BV’s Organic high quality bourbon vanilla beans are directly imported from Madagascar. Pods and seeds are used to extract the vanilla flavour by cold extraction process, where alcohol is added in the extraction process. Vanilla extract has a characteristic rich aroma and flavour of vanillin content. This extract can be used as a natural flavouring substance in various products like cookies, pastries, ice cream, cakes, milk shakes, yoghurt, desserts, chocolates, cake fillings, puddings, soups, sauces, savouries, sweets etc. It can be suitable for vegan and vegetarians.
