Prodalim Concentrated mango puree is the unfermented but fermentable product made from sound and ripe Totapury mangoes (Mangifera indica L.) being prepared by extraction, filtration and evaporation of water from mango juice. Mango puree concentrate is preserved by means of pasteurisation which will control the microbiological load without affecting the nutritional benefits. It is widely used in preparations like juices, nectars, drinks, jams, fruit cheese, puddings, bakery fillings, ice creams and yoghurt.
