Prodalim Mango puree is the unfermented but fermentable product made from sound and ripe Tommy mangoes (Mangifera indica L.) being prepared by extraction of pulp from fresh mangoes. Mango puree is preserved by means of pasteurisation which will control the microbiological load without affecting the nutritional benefits. It is widely used in preparations like juices, nectars, drinks, jams, fruit cheese, puddings, ice creams and yoghurt.
