Description
Prodalim Lime juice concentrate is unfermented but fermentable product made from sound and ripe limes (Citrus aurantiifolia). Prodalim Lime juice concentrate is obtained by pressing, filtration and evaporation of water from fruit juice, usually performed under vacuum conditions. These concentrate can be reconstituted by simply adding of water. This product is ideal for applications like soft drinks, carbonated beverages, sorbets, cocktail, brewing, wine, nectars etc
