Description
EU certified organic Ginger puree is the unfermented but fermentable product made from sound and ripe gingers (Zingiber officinale). Prodalim ginger puree is obtained through peeled, grinded, pureed, being pasteurised and finally frozen. This helps the product extends its shelf life by natural means. It has wide food applications like jams, candies, health drinks, sauces, juices, tea, cocktail, mocktail and other culinary foods.
