Description

Prodalim Acidified Banana puree is the unfermented but fermentable product made from sound and ripe Bananas (Musa x paradisiacal L.) being preserved through grinding, pressing and sieving, that results a thick and creamy consistency. Acidified Banana Puree form will have all the juice and insoluble fibrous parts of the fruit. It is used in food products like smoothies, Juices, soft drinks, cocktails, jam, jelly, yoghurts, and milkshakes.

Benefits of Acidified Banana puree:

• Rich source of nutritional fibers, minerals and vitamins.
• Reduces the microbial load by means of added ascorbic acid.

Ingredients: Banana puree, ascorbic acid.

Appearance: Banana puree without foreign substances

Colour: Light-yellow to yellow-brown

Flavour: Typical banana flavour, well-expressed, without off-taste.

The product is free from additives, genetically modified organisms and allergens, being produced and kept under the HACCP/PRP best principles.
