This clean-label ingredient uniquely merges the advantages of Pea Protein Concentrate and TVP in one product. Its versatility allows for use in diverse product categories such as protein shakes, instant meal replacements, vegan dairy alternatives, spreads, and pastries. The product is naturally gluten-free.
Functional properties and applications
Thanks to the thermal treatment during extrusion, Milled TVP delivers 50% higher water absorption, improved digestibility, and cleaner taste without pea off-notes. In fluid applications, it contributes superior viscosity and a smooth, silky mouthfeel.
Milled TVP is particularly well-suited for instant formulations such as meal replacement shakes, as well as protein-enriched bakery products where moisture retention is essential.
Packaging and shelf life
Milled TVP is available in 25 kg bags. The product maintains its quality for minimum of 24 months from the date of production when stored in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight.

Checkout and Payment Options
