Description

GPI 102i EU is a food grade Carrageenan, used as a fat replacer and general sauce thickener. They act as thickeners and stabilizers and control viscosity in sauces, marinades, gravies and dressings.  GPI 102i EU is used to achieve fat and calorie reduction.

Benefits of GPI 102i EU:

  • Used as a fat replacer.
  • Improves viscosity and provides a fat-like mouth feel of sauces.
  •  Improves cling property of sauces.

Ingredients:

  • Carrageenan (E407) Sucrose or Cane Sugar (for standardization)
  • Sodium Chloride (for standardization)

Recommended dosage:

1:17-1:22 (water) to form cold water gel and replace up to 10% of fat.
