Gourmet Natural essential oil of garlic is made from fresh Dutch garlic cloves (Allium Sativum). Essential oil is obtained by steam distillation technique without any addition of solvents. The product is 100% pure, without any added preservatives or additives. Gourmet garlic oil has a herbaceous and pungent flavour profile with slight sulfurous notes which is used in soups, sauces, meat products, vegetable products etc.
Gourmet garlic oil has antiviral, anti-fungal, and antibacterial properties, helps in resolving respiratory problems and helps in aiding digestive problems. Garlic oil is considered to lower cholesterol and also has detoxifying effects. Compounds like allicin, γ-glutamyl-S-1-propenylcysteine is found with anti-ageing properties. Gourmet garlic oil is used for cooking and seasoning. Garlic oil is also used as a nutritional supplement in the form of capsules, which may be diluted with other ingredients.
