Description

Duplaco Chlorella in powdered form is suitable as a partial substitute for ingredients such as cake mix and flour where it serves as a low-carb replacer for flour. The Chlorella may also be used as a full substitute for salt – e.g. in the production of pasta – where thanks to the ‘salty’ flavour it naturally possesses. Duplaco Chlorella powder or dried algae can be used in dishes such as pasta and wraps or pesto. Furthermore, the powdered variant can be used as the basis for the development of supplements. Chlorella contains naturally high levels of amino acids (all essential amino acids), vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
