DO IT Organic agave syrup is produced from the sap of organically cultivated agave plant. The high quality raw material is selected for the production and maintained according to the standards. Agave is subjected to a grinding and diffusion process in order to extract the agave juice, filtered until the total suspended solids is removed. Hydrolysed and concentrated the agave fructose by evaporation up to Brix 75°. It is 1.5 times sweeter than sugar, easily soluble in any medium and it is a great vegan alternative to honey. It has a mild, neutral flavour making it great for use in baking products, as a topping or in beverages.
This product is Organic, Kosher, Halal certified and free from GMO, additives or not treated by any irradiation.
