DO IT Cashew nut kernel broken LWP is made from organically cultivated Cashew nuts originated in Vietnam. After maturing, organic cashews are gathered and the corrosive balm is removed by blanching and roasting to remove the shell part. Kernels are broken into more than two pieces and not passing through 4 mesh 16 SWG sieve/4.75 mm I.S.Sieve. Almost 80% of the fat in cashews is unsaturated, which maintains healthy cholesterol levels. They are also rich in tocopherols and phytosterols. It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian foods. This product is free from GMO, additives or not treated by any irradiation.
