Naga jolokia (also know as the Ghost Chilli) is one of our ‘super hots’ hitting 10/10+ in terms of heat/pungency. This chilli is a hybrid of 2 species – Capsicum Chinense and Frutescens which helps give it the high heat level. It was once the hottest chilli in the world but was overtaken by the Carolina Reaper in 2013.. Whilst super hot, it has a sweet and slightly sour taste. T.C.D. Heat Rating 10+/10
