EUREBA® D-2010 is used as a sugar replacement solution based on erythritol, polydextrose and steviol glycoside that provides the desired texture and taste to ice cream preparations.
Ingredients: polydextrose (E1200), erythritol (E968), steviol glycosides (E960)
Appearance: White fine powder
Recommended dosage: 1:1 sugar replacement: 1 part blend* replaces 1 part sugar.
