Description
Red Grapefruit Cells are premium fruit pulp components obtained exclusively from sound, ripe, and mature Star Ruby grapefruit (Citrus paradisi). The product consists of the natural juice vesicles (cells) separated mechanically from the juice without chemical treatment. It exhibits a deep pink to reddish-pink color with a fresh, tangy-sweet flavor typical of high-quality grapefruit.
The cells are then sterilised and packed in drums with one LDPE outer liner and one aseptic bag. The liner is closed with a cable tie. The drums are sealed and labelled. The product is manufactured under sanitary conditions appropriate to food products, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Drums are stored at chilled (+5⁰ C) temperature.
These red grapefruit cells are suitable for use as a primary ingredient in juices, nectars, smoothies, desserts, and beverage blends, contributing both flavor and texture.
