High quality Bourbon Vanilla Beans, Gourmet grade with a minimum vanillin content of 1,2% and a moisture content between 30-38%. In case other parameters are required, an individual assessment takes place. The Bourbon Vanilla beans have a complex flavour profile: sweet, creamy and fruity notes can be recognized. Vanilla Beans are used in a wide range of application like: dairy-, bakery- and confectionary products.
