Timmer’s Food Creation has created HVP’s from different sources of vegetable protein/ plants such as maize & rape seed. Timmers Tasture 603 HVP (maize-rapeseed) is widely known as flavour enhancer. It is characterised by a typical umami flavour that enhances the flavours, and taste in food products. It is mostly used in food preparations like soups, instant noodles, seasonings, savouries, extruded snacks, sauces, canned foods, spray dry mixes, fin-food, fish products and many others. It also used to improve the flavour in freeze dried products.
Timmers Tasture 603 Hydrolysed vegetable protein is suitable for Halal, Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarian and vegan products.

Appearance: Beige to brown colour, Powder in form
Taste profile: Characteristic Savoury taste.
