The process of extraction involves cleaning, grinding, isolation of pea protein without use of chemical solvents. The liquid mixture contains both protein and starch, liquid goes into centrifuge, flash evaporation and spray dry that results organic pea protein isolate. Pea protein is ideal as an alternative food for lactose intolerance and soy allergens and it contains all essential amino acids. This product is 100% plant based vegan protein which is highly digestible and makes it an important ingredient in many healthy food products.
