Blonk teff is grown in Spain and is 100% traceable from farm to table. The teff is grown by carefully selected farmers under supervision of our own agronomists who control as well the absence of heavy metals and residues in the soil and the water for irrigation. We harvest the teff when it has reached the perfect ripeness. It is directly transported to our warehouse undergoing a pre-cleaning and where it is confirmed gluten free before it enters into our premises. All farmer lots are kept separate in our controlled storage until they are blended for different applications and the specifications agreed with our customers. Teff grain can be milled, extruded, puffed or used straight away in a recipe or as decoration in bakery.
