PlantSweet concentrate is a clean label, natural, plant based and sustainable sweetener. PlantSweet is made from specially selected onions that contain high natural sugar content. PlantSweet concentrate is used as an alternative for (refined) sugars or artificial sweeteners. Depending on the application our concentrates may even fully replace added sugar or artificial sweeteners. The longer chain of carbohydrates breaks down into shorter chain sugars like fructose and glucose which delivers a stronger sweetness compared to longer chain sugars. The impact of PlantSweet concentrate significantly increases compared to other concentrates. PlantSweet provides sweetness with a mild savory note making it the go-to solution for numerous applications like sauces, soups, meat, meat alternatives, bakery products and snacks.
PlantSweet is purely made of onion and produced without the use of chemicals. It is vegetable, vegan, plant based and label friendly.
